Your reliable Repair Service
GreCon fire protection and measuring systems fulfil the highest standards. To guarantee this also in rough surroundings, we offer you custom-made services for your GreCon systems. Should repair become necessary, though, our competent team will carry out the repair quickly. We will also inform you about the costs to be expected and submit a quotation to you.
Send Components or a System in for Repair or Verification
Before sending a component or a system to us for repair or verfication, please contact our repair team. They will give you an RMA number, which should be noted on the RMA form. Send the goods to us together with the RMA form. Our team will advise you whether repair is worthwhile or the component or system can be repaired at all. This helps you to save time and costs. To serve you quickly and efficiently, please have the following information ready when asking for an RMA number:
- System type (e.g. thickness gauge DMR 3000 or spark extinguishing system BS7 CC 712)
- Serial number of the system
- Year of construction of the system
- ID number of the component
- Possibly a picture of the component, if the above mentioned data is not available

With original GreCon spare parts, you are on the safe side as to longevity and reliable function of your systems. We stock the most important spare parts for our systems at all our sites worldwide. Additionally, we recommend to stock important spare parts which belong to production-relevant measuring systems and spark extinguishing systems.
