We install and commission your GreCon system quickly and competently. To ensure a high system availability, we also offer you custom-made maintenance contracts and services.

Service Levels of Our Customer Service
Your personal GreCon technician will accompany the entire operation sequence of your system from installation and start-up via its daily use up to maintenance and possible trouble-shooting. Depending on the application of our systems, there may be a certain need regarding technical services. Our customer-oriented concept of the service levels "partner", "expert" and "professional" fits in with your requirements. With the commissioning of a GreCon spark extinguishing system or a GreCon measuring system, you automatically reach the "partner" level.

"Partner" Level
Customer service in GreCon tradition: competent, quick and uncomplicated. With our efficient team, we ensure the correct function of your system on a partnership basis.

Like all other highly-developed systems, the well engineered GreCon systems also require care and attention for a troublefree operation. Besides cleaning and calibration work, a complete function check is part of the maintenance work. Secure the reliable condition of your system now.
