Our Support Center is available by phone or online. We support you in all questions about your systems and help you to solve problems and to ensure the maximum availability of your systems. Our friendly and competent support team disposes of many years of experiences and is always kept up to date by expert in-house training.

GreCon Online Remote Service

Immediate customer service – and this even online? Our remote system for telediagnostic service makes it possible. It is available for most of the GreCon systems and makes possible an immediate intervention by one of our experts in case of trouble. Customer service cannot be faster and more efficient. Service visits to customers can thus be prepared even better or can even be avoided.

We not only support you online, but, of course, also by phone. Do you have a question about the product, the technology or the operation of your system? Our team of experts will be pleased to help you over the phone. Sometimes, a tip is sufficient and the operator can solve the problem himself. If a solution by phone is impossible, we will send one of our service technicians to you, if required.

You want one of our service technicians on site? We will be pleased to arrange an appointment with you to help you as quickly as possible. Simply contact us by phone or e-mail. Our job planning is available from Monday to Friday from 08:00 a.m. until 05:00 p.m.:

To help you quickly and efficiently, please have the following information ready when ordering a service technician:

  • Address of the end customer or place of installation (if differing from delivery address)
  • Customer number
  • Order number (for new systems)
  • Responsible technical contact person and his/her contact details
  • System type(s)
  • Serial number(s) of the system(s)
  • What is to be done (e.g. installation, start-up, maintenance, etc.)
  • Desired date (possibly during production standstill)

Depending on the system and the work to be carried out, the customer might have to prepare or carry out different work or services.
